This incident is resolved. All autotrack data is now available in the app.

We are currently re-processing autocapture data which was impacted by the incident. No autocapture data has been lost. We will provide another update when we have an ETA for when this process will be completed.

Between 8:11 AM PT and 8:33 AM PT, the Heap web app and data collection were unavailable. Both are now available. Autocapture data collected during this time period may experience increased latency before it is available in the app -- we will provide updates as this latency is resolved. Server-side track and add user properties requests during this time period should be retried by our customers.
