The email backlog has been processed, and the issue is now fully resolved. Inbound email should be back to normal, so we're closing this one out. Apologies for the trouble!

Our team has identified the issue which has caused delays to inbound emails. We're still seeing delays, but we've identified the issue and we're working on a fix. We'll post an update when we've got more news to share.

We're investigating reports of delays in email delivery to Help Scout. Our team is looking into this, and we'll post updates here as soon as we have them.
