Between approximately 05:06–12:46 UTC on July 6, 2026, Help Scout's Automatic Workflows failed to process conversations in the web app, meaning expected automated actions were not applied. The root cause was identified and fixed, restoring normal workflow processing for new conversations. Affected conversations will not be reprocessed automatically and require manual intervention to apply any missed actions.

The issue is now resolved and automatic workflows are working normally. Affected conversations will require manual action(s) to be taken.
