We are currently experiencing issues with email tracking and URL shortening service on our EMEA (DE) data center. The scope of the issue is currently being investigated, and more information will follow in the next update.

IDENTIFIED almost 2 years ago - at 02/01/2023 01:45PM

After closer investigation, URL shortener service was not impacted (SMS and WhatsApp were not affected), limiting this matter only to Email tracking service. We will share more details in the next update.
