Impact: During this timeframe, you may have experienced difficulties creating broadcast reports or using email templates.

Our engineers have deployed a couple of fixes that are now in the testing and update phase. While we expect the incident to be resolved soon, the fixes are still undergoing validation to ensure stability. We will keep you informed of any progress and share updates as they become available.

Additionally, during the investigation it has been discovered that all newly created broadcast templates cannot be used in Email API

This is to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with our Reporting service across all data centers.
The following functionalities are affected:

- Broadcast: The "Get Report" button is not working, and reports cannot be generated.
- Dashboards: Charts related to Campaigns are displaying "N/A" instead of actual campaign names.
- Communication Reports: Reports cannot be generated for new campaigns, as they are missing from the filter options.
- Reports: All reports containing the Communication Name column will show empty cells for new campaigns.
