The issue has been successfully resolved and accessibility to the Customer Portal along with adjacent products/services has been restored.
During the incident timeframe you may have experienced limited access to the Customer Portal (portal.infobip.com), and processing errors when utilizing products accessible via the Customer Portal (Moments, Conversations, Answers).

Impact: Customer Portal degradation

A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the results.

Currently we can rule out impact to the EU Region-locked location which was previously selected as affected in the component list below.
