Our team has already identified the root cause, and they are in the process of implementing the necessary adjustments to resolve the issue.

The issue has been successfully resolved and the degradation with Conversations service has been resolved.
During the incident timeframe you may have experienced issues with Auto-assignment and incorrect visualization of Conversations on the All work view. New conversations are now being correctly assigned and correctly displayed on the view.
