Khoros Outage History

Khoros experienced delays in Community-to-Care ingestion that affected the CARE and Community Integration components for approximately 12 days. The engineering team implemented a fix and performed extensive backfilling of missing data across multiple regions, with some additional data requiring secondary backfill processing. The issue was fully resolved after completing all backfill operations and confirming normal ingestion functionality through enhanced monitoring.

Khoros experienced a major incident causing delays in data ingestion from Communities to Care, affecting all three datacenter regions (AMER, APAC, and EMEA). The Infrastructure team identified the root cause and implemented a fix after 23 hours of service disruption. The issue has been resolved and the service is being monitored.

Khoros experienced intermittent failures in their Social Marketing Analytics dashboards over a 84-hour period. The engineering team identified and deployed a permanent fix to resolve the dashboard accessibility issues. The infrastructure deployment was completed and the service was fully restored.

The issue caused dashboards to fail sporadically, preventing users from accessing analytics data. The problem was resolved and normal dashboard functionality was restored after monitoring confirmed the fix was stable.

Khoros Communities experienced a major outage where analytics data and bulk API responses were incomplete for dates after February 27, 2026, affecting Community Analytics and AWS US Community Hosting components. The issue was caused by analytics polling failures that prevented data processing for several days. The incident was resolved after 63 hours by identifying the root cause and backfilling missing data for February 28, March 1, and March 2, restoring normal analytics processing and API functionality.

Khoros Communities experienced a major incident where analytics and bulk API services returned incomplete data for dates after February 15th, affecting Community Analytics and both AWS US and EU Community Hosting components. The issue was caused by Analytics polling failures, which required extensive data backfilling operations that took over a week to complete. The incident was resolved on February 26th after all affected data from February 15th-25th was successfully backfilled and restored.
