Kustomer is aware of an event affecting PROD1 that may cause platform latency, slowness, automated process delays, and delays in sending and receiving messages within the platform. We believe this to be related to our third-party vendor Amazon, who is currently reporting an increase in API error rates. Our team is currently working to identify the cause of this issue in an effort to implement a resolution.
