Mitigation steps to address the issue have been performed in all Laserfiche Cloud regions.
A mitigation step has been implemented in the US region to address the issue and results are being monitored. The same mitigation step will then be applied to CA and EMEA regions.
We are investigating an issue where users may see a blank screen when trying to access to the repository, until the page is refreshed.
