Outage Details

Our engineers discovered an issue with the PayPal payment method in our checkout and quickly moved to resolve it. The issue started at 10:38 UTC and was fully fixed at 11:07 UTC. Some customers might have experienced problems while checking out using PayPal during this time. The checkout for PayPal is now working again and any affected customer may try again. We are monitoring this fix to make sure it is fully effective. Please let Support know should you have any concerns. We will post more details of what's gone wrong, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.
