Our engineers are currently investigating an issue whereby order fulfilment is delayed. We will post more details of what's gone wrong, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.
Our engineers have identified the issue impacting order fulfilment and it has now been resolved.
Delivery emails were delayed by an average of 5 minutes for a maximum of 60 minutes and are now being sent normally. We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue to monitor.
