We are seeing an issue in our Sandbox environment which is preventing new products and plans from being created successfully. This means that until this is resolved, new products and plans can not be created. We do apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, and our Engineers are going to get this resolved as soon as possible.

We are seeing an issue in our Sandbox environment which is preventing new products and plans from being created successfully.

This means that until this is resolved, new products and plans can not be created. We do apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, and our Engineers are going to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Our Engineers have successfully found the cause of the issue and deployed a fix. This seems to have resolved the issue for both products and plans.
