Outage Details
Our engineers have identified an issue which prevented a limited number of subscriptions to be renewed on Paddle Billing between 17:38 UTC on May 22nd and 10:13 UTC on May 23rd.
The cause has already been identified and the issue is no longer occurring. We are working to ensure the subscriptions which have been identified to have a delay in renewing will renew as soon as possible.
