May 2026: Slack to Zendesk Support sync currently non functional.
The Redpanda Slack to Zendesk integration was non-functional for 65.6 hours due to vendor issues, preventing users from accessing support through the normal Slack channel. Users were directed to use the web portal at https://support.redpanda.com/hc/en-us for creating and managing support tickets during the outage. The integration was restored once the vendor resolved the underlying issues.
