Our FTP partner was able to resolve the issue that was causing errors with integration runs and imports of larger files. The integrations and imports should be running successfully now.
The connection issues with our Salsify's FTP partner have been addressed, and Custom integrations connecting via FTP, Exports, Imports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP should be working as expected now
