Siteimprove experienced a crawler performance issue that caused delayed crawl starts and completions for some customers, along with unusual status updates in crawl history due to processing backlogs. The incident lasted approximately 7 days, during which the team implemented capacity increases and workload reductions to clear the queue buildup caused by temporary outages and resource constraints. The issue was resolved after implementing a fix and monitoring showed normal operations were restored.

The Siteimprove platform experienced login failures for some customers attempting to access the service through siteimprove.com and my2.siteimprove.com, with users receiving "Authentication failed: SubscriptionAccess could not be built" error messages. Users who were already logged in remained unaffected unless they logged out or their sessions expired. The issue was resolved after 52 minutes with a fix implemented by the development team.
