The incident lasted 18 minutes while the team worked to restore normal data display functionality. The issue was classified as minor and affected only the reporting component's ability to show recent order information.

SpotOn experienced a file transfer issue that delayed merchant funding for transactions processed on April 15, 2026. No transactions were lost or incorrectly processed during the incident. The issue was resolved after 58 minutes of investigation and remediation work.
