Merchants unable to perform returns through Shopify for Bold Checkout

We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on an issue where merchants utilizing Bold Checkout on Shopify are receiving a 404 error when attempting to refund an order through the Shopify admin. Refunds can be completed without issue through the Bold Checkout application admin panel as a workaround to this. This does not impact the ability to place/complete orders or cause any front-end user experience issues - only refunds.

"Unsupported" message being incorrectly presented on multiple Bold application admin panels on Shopify for some customers

We are currently investigating an issue with a "Unsupported" message being presented on the admin panel for some users of Bold applications on Shopify. This does not affect the ability for users to access the application administration panel and make changes. This also does not impact the front-end operation of the application - customers would not experience any detriment to end-user functionality. We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on a solution and will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.

Bold Product Options app admin panel is experiencing an issue with no results being returned when applying filtering in the product selector

In the application administration panel for Bold Product Options we are currently experiencing an issue where products are not being displayed when applying filtering using the product selector. Products can still be added/removed from existing and new option sets if filtering for Collection / Vendor / Product Type is not applied. The Product Options front end experience for customers is not impacted for any existing option sets, only the creation / modification of options sets is impaired due to filtering not being able to be applied. We are in the process of investigating the issue to identify the cause and discover a resolution. We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
