We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue when attempting to checkout with a Bold Subscription orders through Shopify. This does not impact backend functionality such as automatic subscription recurrences, nor does this impact Bold Subscriptions for Shopify Checkout (Bold Subscriptions v2). Some Bold Subscriptions customers are not able to access the admin panel in Shopify

We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on an issue accessing the Bold Subscriptions (v1) admin panel through Shopify. This does not affect all merchants using the application, only those that have not been migrated to the updated Shopify admin domain. New domain format: ( admin.shopify.com/{store_name} ) - Stores with this URL for their store admin are NOT impacted Older domain format: ( {store_name}.myshopify.com/admin ) - Stores with this URL for their store admin ARE impacted This issue does not impact the front end operation of the application. Shoppers are able to purchase / modify subscription orders as normal - only the admin panel interface for the store owner/operator is impacted by this issue. We will provide updates as they become available.

Admin panel not loading for Bold Subscription v1

We are currently investigating an issue with a blank page showing when attempting to access the administration panel for Bold Subscriptions v1. We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on this matter, they currently have a posted issue indicating the following: "Merchants may experience issues when trying to access the Shopify admin. This may include the general admin, login, products page, or other sections of the admin." This does not affect the ability to sell subscriptions, create subscription contracts, or run subscription recurrences - this affects access to the admin panel only. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

Merchants unable to perform returns through Shopify for Bold Checkout

We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on an issue where merchants utilizing Bold Checkout on Shopify are receiving a 404 error when attempting to refund an order through the Shopify admin. Refunds can be completed without issue through the Bold Checkout application admin panel as a workaround to this. This does not impact the ability to place/complete orders or cause any front-end user experience issues - only refunds.
