We are currently investigating an issue where some Bold apps admin panels are returning an error via Shopify admin. The admin page will typically load successfully if a browser refresh is performed. We are currently working with our partners at Shopify on a resolution. Merchants utilizing any other shop platform (Woo, Big Commerce, Commerce Tools) are not affected.
We are currently monitoring an issue with slow calls from Avalara Tax calculation services. This is presenting as a slow experience during attempts to checkout. This only affects merchants using Avalara for tax calculation - all other integrations/services are unaffected at this time. Avalara has posted an alert advising they are aware and have identified the issue and are urgently working on a resolution. We are monitoring for updates and closely watching the response time on affected Checkouts.
We are experiencing an issue where a 404 error page is being presented when merchants are attempting to install our applications on Shopify. The error presents itself a the charge acceptance stage of the installation. Existing installations are not impacted and other shop platforms (Big Commerce, Commerce Tools, Woo) are not impacted.
