We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue when accessing the admin panels for multiple Bold applications on Shopify. This is causing the panels to not load correctly - some users have reported that refreshing will allow access to the panel intermittently. We are in the process of investigating the issue with Shopify to identify the cause and discover a resolution. Note: Only the admin panels are impacted by this, frontend/storefront operation is not impacted. Resolved Minor Bold QuickBooks and Bold Xero are experiencing a interruption in service

We are currently experiencing an interruption in service for Bold QuickBooks and Bold Xero integrations. We are in the process of investigating the issue to identify the cause and discover a resolution. A DNS error is being presented when attempting to access either application frontend. We are currently working with our partners on resolving this issue. We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.

Resolved Minor Bold Checkout and application admin panel access for Shopify merchants is experiencing an interruption in service

We are experiencing intermittent issue with checking out on Shopify merchants. We are also noticing that some users are experiencing issues when attempting to access the admin panels through Shopify as well. Both of impacts are due to a posted Shopify service alert. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available. Note - this does not impact any Bold products on other Shop platforms - only Shopify.
