We want to let our customers know that there is an outage in Salesforce which limits our customers to login to Helios using MFA. All customer without a MFA or with an IDP of their own will not see any issues while logging into Helios. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide more updates. We have discovered issues with our email notification service, and some of our users will experience a temporary disruption in email alert notifications. We are addressing this problem currently, and we will post an update once this issue has been resolved.

We are currently investigating some intermittent slowness observed in backup runs for backups from customer premises to our SaaS infrastructure (DMaaS). Customer data, recoveries from existing backups and integrity of the backups are not affected. The team is in the process of root causing the issue and we will post updates via Statuspage.
