Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Business Center Reports. A small subset of transactions batched from our Auburn Datacenter may not have the correct status within the Cybersource Business Center. Please note that only the displayed status is the issue - there is no impact to the actual batching and funding of these transactions. Impact: For the small subset of transactions, this issue will impact: • Merchant Reconciliation using the daily / monthly reports – as these transactions may be omitted. When the data is resolved the reports will be rerun. • Transaction lookup requests on the impacted transactions. • Status of the transaction within the Cybersource Business Center. • Follow On Credits within the Cybersource Business Center may not be available, since the status hasn't been updated. One Time Password during Payer Authentication Issues
Cybersource is aware of an intermittent issue affecting consumer authentication (3DS) transactions and users may have experienced downgraded performance when attempting to complete authentication. We are in touch with the ecosystem partner who is experiencing the issue. They have implemented a fix and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved. Impact: Customers may not have received a One Time Password during the 3DS authentication process causing the corresponding Payer Authentication Validate transaction result to appear abandoned.
