Resolved All Deployments: Some users seeing "Invalid txid" error in Duo Prompt during authentication
We are currently investigating an issue where some users are being presented with "Invalid txid" error messages in the Duo Prompt during authentication. Duo's Core Authentication service isn't down, but users may need to work around this error by canceling an automatic push and re-triggering a new push authentication manually.

Resolved All Deployments: Intermittent SMS Delivery Delays to US Phone Numbers
We have identified an issue causing intermittent delivery delay issues with some SMS messages to US Phone Numbers on all of our deployments and are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. We suggest using other authentication methods such as Duo Push, Phone Callback, or Passcodes, or trying to send an SMS passcode again, as a workaround. Resolved Multiple Deployments: AD Sync Issues
We are currently investigating an issue with AD Sync failures on multiple deployments. We are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. Affected customers may see the following error in their Directory Sync settings page in the Duo Admin Panel: "Test query using the configured Base DN Searching the directory failed, possibly due to an incorrect base DN."
