Resolved Minor Multiple Deployments: Latency for Reporting in Admin Panel and Admin API

We have identified an issue that prevented log entries from being populated correctly for events that occurred since 06:03 UTC. This issue affects the Authentication Log visible via the Duo Admin Panel as well as authentication logs retrieved via the Duo Admin API. Recovery is currently in progress and we will post an update as soon as all entries are up to date. No authentications are affected and all other services are operational at this time.

We have identified an issue that is causing authentications to fail for some users who are not enrolled being denied access when attempting to log into the Windows Logon, RD Gateway, macOS Logon, and Epic Applications when the New User Policy or the Authorized Networks Policy is set to "Allow Access". We are working to correct this issue as soon as possible

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Duo Security has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?

How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
