Hub members and Hub administrators may experience difficulty accessing AdvocateHub at this time. We are seeing intermittent error messages and/or long loading times in multiple areas of the system. We have received reports that Hub Administrators cannot log into the AdvocateHubs. Hub member's experiences may be affected as well. Our engineers are currently investigating this issue and looking for a resolution.

Resolved Problems with social sharing
We are currently investigating an issue with social sharing challenges not working as expected. Advocates may find that despite having their social accounts connected, they are met with the "Reconnect Now" link and are unable to share.
Resolved Referral forms not loading
You and your advocates may find that that referral forms are not loading on the Referrals tab in your AdvocateHub or on other referrals campaigns you may have created. We understand that having a working referrals form is of the utmost importance, so our engineering team is working hard to resolve this issue.
Resolved Discussion stage delays
We are seeing longer than usual processing times for Discussion stages to be completed. This started occurring around 2:00AM Eastern Time. Our Discussions team has identified the issue, and are now looking to find a fix. Once we have further information about a fix, we will post another update. In the meantime, you can expect "Reply to Topic" stages to not function as expected. Once the issue is resolved, all points will be awarded and stages marked as completed. There has been no loss of data.
