We are currently experiencing issues with provisioning new nodes, and are currently investigating.
Resolved A very small subset of customer clusters will fail to deliver metrics sporadically
The issue has been identified and we are working on a solution

We are currently investigating this issue. Monitoring and Cluster operations are fully operational. We are investigating this problem and will continue to provide updates as appropriate.
Resolved Issues affecting multiple clusters in AWS ap-northeast-1
AWS identified network connectivity issues for some EC2 instances and degraded volume performance for some EBS volumes in a single Available Zone in ap-northeast-1 region
Resolved Unable to submit additional information to an existing support ticket
Users of our support portal may not be able to respond, or submit additional information, to an existing support ticket using the support portal page. Users can reply directly to emails sent by our support system, or use our online chat feature. Creating a new support ticket is still operational. We are investigating this issue.
Resolved Intermittent problems with provisioning new clusters on AWS
We are currently investigating an issue causing intermittent failures to create new AWS nodes. Operations of existing clusters are unaffected. We have identified the issue as being related to a problem with AWS IAM API's. We are monitoring the problem.

Resolved Instaclustr Website Unavailable
The Instaclustr website www.instaclustr.com is unavailable as an unexpected result of a planned migration. Cluster operations are unaffected, and the Instaclustr Management Console is fully operational and available at: https://console.instaclustr.com
Resolved Cassandra Table Metrics Failing to Display in Management Console
We are an investigating an issue which preventing the customer console from displaying table level metrics for some Cassandra clusters. We will provide further updates as our investigation continues.
Resolved Unable to provision new AWS clusters
We are currently unable to provision new clusters on AWS. Running clusters are not impacted.
