Resolved Unable to provision new clusters
We currently have an issues that is preventing provisioning of new clusters and nodes. Existing clusters are not impacted. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as we progress.
Resolved Azure Run In Your Own Account Provisioning Failing
We have identified an issue where provisioning new clusters and nodes if failing for Azure when using your own cloud provider account. We are working on a fix. There is no impact to running clusters or other providers.
Resolved AWS issues in EU-CENTRAL-1 Region
AWS has identified latencies for the EC2 APIs and connectivity issues for instances within a single Availability Zone (euc1-az1) within the EU-CENTRAL-1 Region. This issue will impact existing clusters and also new cluster provisioning in that region.
Resolved Customer email notifications not sending
We are investigating an issue that is preventing Instaclustr's management system from sending customer notifications via email. This includes emails relating to Signups and Password Resets.
Resolved Console Unable to list Clusters in Some Accounts
An issue has been identified where the console is unable to display the list of clusters for a small subset of accounts. Our Engineers are working to identify the problem, in the mean time if you have any questions or need help accessing your cluster information don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected]
