We are currently investigating an issue in the Azure provider impacting new provisioning of clusters and visibility to existing clusters.

Customer notifications not being sent
We are currently unable to send email notifications to Instaclustr customers. This is the result of an issue with one of our providers, and we are monitoring the situation. Customer cluster operations and support are unaffected, but any operations which require the use of email are currently impacted - including password resets and creating new accounts.

SSO failing for users with mixed case email addresses
SAML SSO login to the console is currently not working for users with mixed capitalisation in their email addresses. The root cause of the issue has been identified and the fix is being tested.
