Pending tentative appointments are not showing up in the calendar, and it seems like this is due to a change to how the database handles a specific filter. This filter is only used for tentative appointments, so this should not be an issue for other areas in Kalix, and tentative appointments are still visible in the calendar. We are working on a fix/workaround now.

Kalix's front/marketing pages are down due to a problem with our hosting provider (wpengine), but a fix is already on the way. Kalix's main functions are all operational - you can access the login page directly by going to 'app.kalixhealth.com'. We will resolve this issue once the front pages are available again.

Nutritionix's API is currently down, which means accounts that have linked up to Nutritionix will see an 'Unknown Error' message when they open a client record and the Nutritionix tab will not be available. Anything Nutritionix related will not be working until this issue is resolved. You can see further details about the status on Nutritionix's status page: http://status.nutritionix.com/

We are aware of "Unknown Errors" that are currently occurring on the Kalix system. It does not seem to be every request, but some requests are returning a 0 length response which is not expected and will cause the unknown error. We are currently looking into the cause of the issue - it seems to be occurring between our servers and Cloudflare, which distributes our data.
