Resolved Bracket notifications delayed
Bracket notifications to recipients are delayed. The team is working on the queues that send the notifications and are processing the queue as quickly as possible. Emails have been encrypted and are in the Bracket portal, but the notifications to recipients are delayed.
Resolved M365 and Outlook Issues reported by Microsoft
Microsoft has reported an incident regarding users not able to view emails in Outlook. Please see https://twitter.com/MSFT365Status/status/1392208966231355392 for more information. We are also receiving continued reports of domains having trouble delivering email to M365 Exchange Online. Please ensure the domain has an inbound connector configured and enabled to accept messages from Mailprotector. Inbound queues are experiencing a surge. The team is investigating and increasing resources to mitigate the surge.
Resolved Microsoft 365 intermittent mail delivery issues
We have received reports of mail delivery issues to Microsoft 365's Exchange Online. The SMTP error being returned is 451 4.7.500 Server busy. Please try again later from [52.0.x.x]. Please check affected domains by confirming the inbound connector is configured and enabled. The KB article for configuring inbound connectors is found at https://support.mailprotector.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005484203-Office-365-Inbound-Connector. Email for affected domains is deferring and being queued on Mailprotector's transports. Once Microsoft 365 accepts the connections, queued emails will be delivered at their next retry intervals.

Inbound email servers are experiencing a surge in the queues. The team is investigating the issue. Please expect email delivery to be delayed.
Resolved Intermittent failure of Microsoft 365 User Sync
Reports of User Sync to Microsoft 365 failing with a 401 error have been reported. The problem is not widespread, but several domains have reported the issue. We are investigating the reports.
Resolved SSL Certificate Renewal In Progress
The SSL certificate renewal on the Exchange 2016 platform has not completed as expected. The team is working on the issue. Accessing the Exchange Management Panel is safe to use despite the current warning.
Resolved Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Incident
Microsoft has reported an incident with Exchange Online affecting some users in North America. This incident can cause the appearance of a mail flow problem in the Mailprotector Console since emails cannot be delivered to Microsoft 365. Please see EX252124 in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center for more information.
Resolved Outbound messages delayed
We are receiving reports, and have confirmed, outbound email delays. The team is investigating the issue. Outbound email is delivering with an approximate delay of about 10 minutes. Attempts to relay through Mailprotector's smarthost may fail due to services appearing unavailable. This affects SMTP Authenticated relay from devices and applications.
Resolved Exchange+ 2013 Connectivity Issue
We have received several reports of connectivity problems to Exchange+ 2013 mailboxes. An urgent patch was applied yesterday evening and the issue is being investigated.
