Resolved Delayed inbound email delivery
Inbound emails are experiencing delays. The performance issue is under investigation.
Resolved Management Panel Running Slow
Access to the Exchange+ 2016 management panel has been restored. However, the panel is running very slow. The team is working on restoring performance. Database changes and cleanup with the new version are likely contributing to the slow response in the panel. Mail flow is not affected by the panel.
Resolved Exchange+ 2016 Panel Login Issue
We are investigating the login problem in reaching the Exchange+ 2016 management panel. Mail flow is not affected.
Resolved Microsoft 365 Exchange Online delays
Microsoft 365 Exchange Online has a service health advisory indicating delays in delivering emails from external sources. Please visit your Microsoft 365 Admin Center for details about the incident advisory. Mailprotector will continue to retry delivery of emails from our transport queues. Bad mail flow status may be shown due to the delays occurring at Microsoft.
Resolved Intermittent delivery delay
We have observed intermittent email delivery delays for users on the Exchange+ 2013 platform. The cause is being investigated and we hope to resolve the problem quickly. Emails are in the Mailprotector queue waiting for retry if the message is not initially accepted by the Exchange servers.
Resolved Outbound relay delays
Earlier today, increased traffic caused a spike on outbound relay servers. The resource problem has been resolved. However, the team is still noticing intermittent delays and dropped connections. The issue is under investigation.
Resolved Outbound email relay issues
An unexpected increase in traffic to the outbound gateways caused a spike in resource utilization. The team has increased resources to mitigate the dropped connections and relay delays. The team has resolved the immediate problem at approximately 3:10 PM ET and is continuing to monitor the situation.
Resolved Outbound emails delayed
We have received reports of outbound email delays from the hosted Exchange+ 2016 platform. We are investigating the issue.
Resolved Bracket portal not accessible
The Bracket portal is not accessible. The team is investigating the issue. Attempts to access the portal or encrypted messages are resulting in a 500 error. An update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
Resolved Mail flow delays
Around 4:00 PM ET, it was discovered the logging system caused a backup in mail processing. The issue has been identified and resolved by the team. However, email flow is still catching up and may continue to be delayed through the end of the business day. We are continuing to monitor mail flow to ensure the mail processing returns to normal as email traffic slows down towards the end of the day.
