Encrypted emails from email client are delayed
The team has found Bracket encrypted emails sent from an email client (Outlook, smartphone or tablet email app, etc.) to be slow converting to a secure thread. The team is working on clearing the queue as quickly as possible. Observed delays have been up to 30 minutes. Encrypted messages created inside the Bracket portal are working as expected.

Microsoft Office 365 Affecting Mail Flow
We are receiving reports that a Microsoft Office 365 issue is delaying email delivery. Emails are being queued at Mailprotector. Emails are automatically retried using an exponential backoff method. Once Microsoft's service issue has been resolved, emails will automatically be delivered. Mailprotector is continuing to monitor updates from Microsoft for more information.

We are investigating inbound email delivery delays. The issue is intermittent. Emails are being delivered within 30 seconds upwards to 90 minutes. The average delay is 10 to 20 minutes. Last week's system upgrades were successful, but the issue is still under investigation.
