Panther has identified an issue that causes timeouts on the Cloud Resources page. Customers who are currently known to have been impacted have been contacted directly. We will reach out to any additional customers that we discover are impacted. We will update this incident as our investigation and remediation process continues.
Resolved Major Issues in AWS Snowflake us-east-1
Panther has confirmed a Snowflake outage in the AWS us-east-1 region (https://status.snowflake.com/). For Panther customers using Snowflake, ingestion into the data lake, Scheduled Queries, Data Explorer, and Indicator Search are affected. We will continue to update this incident as more information becomes available.
Resolved Minor Scheduled Queries and Log Onboarding Issues
Panther is investigating an issue potentially preventing Scheduled Queries from saving and preventing accounts from adding new log sources. The one currently known, impacted customer has been notified directly. Existing scheduled queries and log sources are working as expected. We will update this incident and communicate directly with any impacted customers as we learn more.
