Resolved Degraded OTP email delivery to Microsoft Exchange Online customers

We are investigating an issue whereby customers using Microsoft Online Exchange services are unable to reliably receive OTP (One Time Passcode) emails. Our initial checks confirm that all our outgoing messages leave our services correctly and are being handed off to 3rd parties successfully. We are working with customers to identify the root cause of the issue.

Monitoring systems have detected an issue with our Directory API. The Site Reliability Engineering team has been notified and is currently working the issue. Resolved 3rd party service issues: T-Mobile and Sprint SMS services in USA

Ping Identity is aware of a high volume of SMS messages not getting to end users across T-Mobile (and subsidiary Sprint) networks in North America. This is impacting the ability of end users to complete MFA. Ping has engaged it's SMS API service owner for assistance in engaging with T-Mobile/Sprint to understand the nature of the issue and seek assistance in resolving it. Delivery mechanisms are working from Ping's platform to its service provider, the breakdown is after the message has been passed to the carrier network for delivery. We recommend customers with affected users contact their carrier for more information whilst we continue to engage from our side. We also recommend that customers use backup methods such as Voice/Email/App if possible.

Resolved Outbound SMS Delivery to Rogers and Fido in Canada

We are currently experiencing higher than normal delays with outbound SMS delivery to Rogers and Fido networks in Canada. This is currently impacting end users who use either of these carriers as their mobile provider.

Resolved PingOne AU/APAC Region Connectivity Issues

Ping's cloud infrastructure provider in Asia Pacific is currently experiencing connectivity issues. Our customers on .AU.COM and .ASIA services may be impacted intermittently. We are working to stabilise the platform. Customers are advised to retry on failure.
