Resolved Gift Card Outage
Our Gift Card partner is currently experiencing an outage with their platform and are working to resolve the issue. Due to this Outage any merchants that use ShopKeep Gift Cards are currently unable to process any gift cards. We will keep you updated on when this is resolved.
Resolved TSYS Sierra and TSYS ProPay Outages
We have been made aware of an outage currently happening with TSYS Sierra and ProPay systems which is affecting Third Party Processing merchants with TSYS as their processor. Resolved BackOffice - ShopKeep
Some ShopKeep users are reporting an inability to access their BackOffice. Some BackOffice users will notice a delay for new Items to show in Item List, and/or a delay in reporting from Register sales. We are investigating the issue and its potential cause(s).
