We are working with the vendor to restore functionality for customers to resume their use of these services. We will update customers about the availability of these services via our status page messaging.

The majority of the AddressFinder and DeceasedRecordFinder backlogged requests have successfully processed. We continue to see new and scheduled requests processing successfully as well. Our teams will continue to monitor until all backlogged jobs are complete.

The third-party vendor who enables AddressFinder™ and DeceasedRecordFinder™ services has resolved its network issue, and the services have been successfully re-enabled for most customers. Currently, we do not have an estimate of when the backlog of updates will be fully processed.

We are working with the vendor to process updates as quickly as possible. New request and upcoming scheduled updates should process normally going forward. The vendor will begin to process the backlog of requested and scheduled updates queued during the outage. Please follow your normal process for accessing your updates.
