March 2026: Datto SaaS Protection - Restore/Export services temporarily disabled for customers in all regions (NA/EMEA/APAC)
Datto SaaS Protection experienced a major incident where Restore and Export services were temporarily disabled for customers across all regions (NA/EMEA/APAC) for 6.1 hours. The Kaseya R&D team identified the issue and deployed fixes in phases, first restoring services for V3 customers and then for V2 customers. All Restore and Export functionality was fully restored and returned to normal operation.
