My g502 Lightspeed mouse is experiencing major problems. It will not connect to either of my computers. (I tested it) I am using it wirelessly and its usb is plugged in. None of Logitech's online services are responding, and that includes their Options+ cloud where the settings of my K850 combo is stored, which I have to load after every bootup to get my desired settings. Because of this issue, I'm stuck with the default settings.
