April 2026: Service Impact to All DPs Data Center.
Netskope experienced a major service incident affecting IPSec connectivity across all data center Points of Presence (PoPs) for 72.4 hours. The incident caused IPSec tunnel disruptions and required a complete rollback of affected nodes, followed by redeployment and rebalancing activities that caused temporary tunnel flapping during recovery. The issue was resolved through systematic rollback across all PoPs, redeployment of IPSec services in impacted data centers, and completion of tunnel rebalancing operations.
