April 2026: Document completion delays on Proof platform
The Proof platform experienced a major incident where digital signing of PDF documents failed, causing delays in document completion after meetings or e-sign operations. The issue affected all Proof services including Real Estate, Notary Platform, Consumer Web, and the Proof/Notarize API. The incident was resolved after 46 minutes by working with a vendor to implement a fix, with all delayed documents expected to process automatically after resolution.
