Twilio experienced a 52-minute service incident where customers were unable to retrieve transcripts due to failures in the Conversation Intelligence v2 DynamoDB and Transcript Store services. The issue affected transcript retrieval functionality between 15:04 and 15:46 UTC, preventing users from accessing their conversation transcripts. Engineers resolved the underlying database and storage service problems, restoring normal transcript retrieval operations.
