Virtru Outage History

Some Virtru Control Center users experienced a login loop issue where they would be redirected back to the login page despite successful authentication, lasting 23.3 hours. The issue only affected certain users accessing the Control Center and did not impact all users. The problem was resolved through a system update, with affected users advised to clear their browser cache to restore normal login functionality.

Outlook and Hotmail users were unable to authenticate in Virtru Secure Reader and Secure Share for 27.8 hours, while Google and O365 authentication flows continued working normally. Users were advised to use alternative authentication methods such as one-time verification links or codes as a workaround. The issue was identified and resolved with a fix implementation, and a root cause analysis was promised to follow.
