Resolved Investigating an issue with messaging

Since 9:30 AM Pacific time, we are investigating an issue that is resulting in Message Center delivery delays. Users sending Message Center messages, including push notifications associated with Message Center messages, may experience delays of over one hour. End-users may not be able to retrieve Message Center messages, as well as In-App Automations that target complex audiences. Airship Scheduled Maintenances

Airship Database Maintenance

Airship will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our databases on December 8th, 2021 at 10:00pm PST until 10:10pm PST (December 9th, 2021 at 06:00 UTC until 06:10 UTC) resulting in the Airship API calls and authorizations on Templates, A/B tests, and Segments to fail during the 10 minute maintenance event. Previously sent Message Center messages will also fail to load images and videos during the event. Performance Analytics will also be unavailable during the event. If you encounter an error during this maintenance event, please retry your request after a few minutes as the service will automatically restore after the maintenance is complete.

I'm having issues with Airship, but the status is OK. What's going on?
There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when Airship is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Airship has issues.
Why should I subscribe to IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services you care about and impact your company. We'll keep you informed about the incidents that happen. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to an actual plan to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
