Resolved Ally Processing Delay
We are aware of some potentially slower processing times for Ally activities. Ally and its associated components remain available, however there may be delays in processing new content items. The Ally team is actively monitoring and working to address this and we will post back as soon as processing times have returned to normal.

Resolved Blackboard Connect voice recording lines are currently inoperable
All Blackboard Connect voice recording lines are currently inoperable. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve. As a work-around, we recommend sending the message using the Text-to-Speech function or recording the voice message using the voice recording app on your computer or phone and then uploading the audio file to the voice audio box.
Resolved Collaborate Ultra - AWS (EU) Issues uploading files to Collaborate sessions
Tuesday, February 2, 2021 11:00 AM GMT We have identified an issue where files are not being uploaded getting stuck in "converting" status. As a workaround, please use the "screen share" feature if you want to share a file. The Collaborate SRE team is currently investigating this issue.

Resolved Collaborate (US) - Routing Issues on US East Coast
Wednesday, January 26, 2021 11:45 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) GMT -5 hours - There is currently a routing issue on the US East Coast related to a Verizon service outage causing some Collaborate Ultra users to get an A00 error when joining sessions. This is affecting multiple Cloud providers, including AWS who are investigating the issue with Verizon.
