Minor Incident Bb Annotate "undo" and “redo” Release
We've paused the release of the new undo/redo capability in Bb Annotate due to an issue causing loss of information on comments. The root cause of it has been identified, and we'll communicate a new target date for the deployment in the following days. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, as we understand this is a critical timing, and a critical tool for the grading process.
Resolved Minor BB Comms - Imports not processing for a subset of clients
For a subset of Bb Comms clients, automated imports are not processing. This will affect nightly demographic uploads as well as automated attendance calls.
Resolved Minor Some WCM sites are slow to load/may fail to load
As of roughly 6:45 PM Eastern time, our managed hosting team began seeing alerts suggesting that some WCM sites may be slow to load/failing to load. As of 7:10 Eastern, they believe they have identified the issue and are on the path to a resolution.
Resolved Minor Some WCM sites are failing to load
As of roughly 8:50 AM on 5/10, we received reports that a subset of WCM sites were failing to load or slow to load. Our managed hosting team is currently investigating the issue.
Resolved Minor Automated Messages Not Generating
Our development team has discovered an issue that caused attendance messages not to go out for a small subset of clients. Manually created messages are still being created and delivered as normal and can be found the the Message Tracking Report.
