Resolved Minor Delay with receiving and processing Delivery Receipts.

ClickSend is investigating a delay with receiving and processing Delivery Receipts into our Dashboard and out to associated Webhooks. This is not impacting SMS deliverability, and is only affecting SMS to Australia, New Zealand and the US. The maximum delay is 15mins, and the impact is intermittent, so not affecting all receipts. ClickSend will continue to investigate and update this incident when we have more information.

Email to SMS is currently down due to issues with our mail server. Messages will be queued and delivered once the issue is resolved. This should be resolved shortly.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when ClickSend has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
