Resolved Treez Expired SSL Certificate
The SSL certificate that encrypts traffic from the dutchie servers to the treez servers has expired. Treez is aware of the issue and they are working to update their certificates. Orders and Menus will not be able to sync until the certificate is fixed.
Resolved Flowhub API Issues
We are aware of a service outage with the Flowhub API. We will continue to monitor - you may see orders not properly passing to Flowhub or menus being out of date.

Resolved Microsoft Azure DNS Outage
Microsoft Azure is having a global outage of their DNS system. This will cause order & menu sync to fail for systems that rely on Azure.
Resolved SMS Messaging Delays
Beginning at 05:25AM PST on Feb 26 our SMS gateway, Twilio, began to observe issues causing messages to be delayed up to 2-3 hours. As of 07:55AM PST all issues have been resolved and SMS messages are again sending without delay. https://status.twilio.com/incidents/zmz5c9prz8mm
Resolved Cova Orders Failing to Send
Cova is currently having an outage affecting their ability to receive orders. We are working with them to resolve the issue.
Resolved Pineapple Express Orders Failing to Send
Our Fleet Management integration, Pineapple Express, is having issues with their API affecting multiple dispensaries. This is affecting our ability to send orders to them. We are working with Pineapple Express to resolve these issues.
Resolved SMS Deliverability Issues
We are investigating reports of a high rate of SMS deliverability errors.
Resolved COVA Orders Delayed
There is a delay with the COVA order endpoint that is causing orders sent from Dutchie to not appear within the COVA POS for up to 30 minutes. COVA is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution.
