Resolved GC4X degraded service
We are currently experiencing an elevated rate of 502 errors with GC4X. Our engineers are investigating and we'll provide updates here.
Resolved API, Payment Pages and Dashboard Partial Outage
Our engineers have identified an issue with our our API, Dashboard, and Payment Pages and have applied a fix. From 16:52 GMT to 17:08 GMT some requests to our systems returned error responses or were significantly delayed. We are once again serving API, dashboard, and payment page traffic and are continuing to monitor the situation.

Resolved Partial API Outage
A small number of API users will have had difficulty accessing the API between 13:10 BST and 14:35 BST today due to an issue where not all HTTP Accept headers were being handled correctly. We identified the problem and applied a fix. We do not expect any additional disruption.

We've identified an issue with the "Pay Now" button inside Xero dashboards where clicking this button redirects to an incorrect URL. Our team our working with Xero on a fix.

We have identified errors when connecting to the GoCardless website, API, dashboard and payment pages. We believe this is related to a wider issue of with an upstream network provider, which has been mitigated now, and are monitoring the situation.
Resolved Missing entries in Dashboard search
We're aware of an issue affecting search functionality on our Dashboard (https://manage.gocardless.com/). Any records - such as customers, mandates and payments - created between 12:43 on 24th April and 09:11 on 25th April may not be searchable in the dashboard. Our engineers have identified the cause and are working on applying a fix.
