Data Processing Delays - Notifications Affected
Dear Motive Customers, Earlier today from 7:15 to 8:15 AM PT, our platform experienced a delay in sending event notifications for up to 1 hour. All notifications are now currently being sent in real-time. A service provider incurred a disruption that affect our notification processing, but that is now resolved. We are currently working to ensure third-party disruptions do not result in any delay to your notifications going forward. We apologize for the delay and thank you for patience. Dear Motive customers, Some fleets may be experiencing a delay of events and their notifications, as well as a delay in the fleet view dashboard. Currently, our Fleet event and location data pipelines may be delayed by up to 1 hour, though are catching up. We expect all fleets to again be real-time by 10:30 AM PT.
