Webhook Outage
We had identified and resolved an issue in communicating with our webhook server between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm (UTC). Customers who rely on our webhook feature would not have received messages during this period. Our internal monitoring processes played a crucial role in being able to identify and notify of the issue to relevant people within our team, so that we could resolve it as quickly as possible. We're are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Intermittent Engine API connectivity issues
On Friday October 28th at 12:00 PST, we began a required maintenance / upgrade of our back-end systems and API. This upgrade included changes to how we were routing traffic, adding what some customers may have noticed was a "force redirect (308) HTTP status code reply". While we did not anticipate any impact to our clients based on our testing, as we began a slow cutover to the upgraded API over the course of Nov 1st and 2nd, we received reports from some clients that their integrations were no longer working consistently. We have entirely rolled back these changes as of this morning, November 3rd 10:00 PST, and apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. We will be auditing our clients connections for potential risks to their integrations, will reach out to any clients we believe may be impacted, and will work together to ensure no interruptions to your services before we complete this necessary upgrade.
