Aircall experienced a major performance issue with their Analytics service that lasted 34 minutes. During mitigation efforts, Analytics data was unavailable for approximately 15 minutes, while Live Monitoring remained unaffected. The issue was resolved through mitigation measures, with performance returning to normal and stable operation confirmed.

Aircall experienced call dropping issues affecting both inbound and outbound calls for users in Germany over a 2.6-hour period. The engineering team identified the problem and implemented a routing change for their downstream carrier to mitigate the unexpected call disconnections. A fix was deployed and the service was being monitored for stability.
