6 months agoSharefile for Windows and Sharefile Online are both unable to upload files (both new files and edits of existing files). This is happening across all company devices.

6 months agoSharefile for Windows (drive mapper) is failing to upload saved files, sending them to a recovery folder instead. This is happening across company workstations.
