Search and Folder Issues

All Help Scout services are now stable, so we are closing this issue. Today's problems were caused by a disruption at a third-party service provider, leading to service degradation across the Help Scout platform. We will continue to monitor the situation, but if you experience any further issues, please contact us at help@helpscout.com.

We're still seeing delays across the Web app, including search, folders and the Docs editor. We've identified the issue and we're working on a fix. We'll post another update when services are back to normal.
