Phone.com experienced a 31-minute service disruption where some customers were unable to receive calls through My.Phone.com and the Phone.com mobile application. The incident also impacted voicemail and fax notifications, as well as call recordings across the voice network. The issue was fully resolved with all services, including voicemail, fax notifications, and call recordings, restored to normal operation.
