May 2026: State Field Not Populating in Multiple Areas
A platform-wide issue prevented the State field from populating in address sections across multiple Tekion modules, causing a complete operational standstill for critical workflows including Deal closings, Repair Orders, Accounting, CRM, and Employee Onboarding. Users were unable to complete any workflows that required address information with State fields due to "Cannot fetch country code" errors. The Engineering team identified and resolved the root cause within 19 minutes, deploying a fix that fully restored all affected systems to normal operation.
