WellSky Connect experienced an issue causing delays in processing new events for approximately 1.4 hours. The problem was identified and resolved, though the system required an additional 1.5 hours to process the backlog of delayed events. Users experiencing continued issues were advised to contact support.

WellSky CarePort Connect experienced a major issue with ADT event processing that caused delays in ADT event notifications both within the Connect platform and via email/SMS. The incident lasted 26.9 hours, during which the processing issue was identified and resolved, followed by additional delays while the system worked through a backlog of events. The issue has been fully resolved and WellSky completed monitoring to ensure normal operations resumed.

WellSky's CarePort Connect experienced degraded system performance for 3.1 hours, causing clients to have trouble logging into accounts and loading pages. The issue was resolved after investigation and monitoring, with the system returning to normal operation.

WellSky experienced a referral workflow issue where new patient referrals were unintentionally shared with providers from previous referrals for the same patient. This affected CarePort Care Management and Referral Management systems, causing confusion and unexpected notifications for providers who should not have had visibility into the new referrals, though it did not impact referral completion or clinical accuracy. The issue was resolved after 60.1 hours.

WellSky experienced degraded system performance affecting CarePort Discharge and CarePort Intake components, causing clients to have trouble logging into accounts or loading pages. The performance issues lasted approximately 1.6 hours before being resolved. WellSky investigated and fixed the underlying issue, then monitored the system for an additional hour to ensure stability.
