Resolved Bitcoin Cash Display Errors

A small number of customers have reported that when sending BCH from trading wallets into their private key wallets the funds have not arrived but are confirmed on chain. We would like to assure all impacted customers that the funds have been received by your private key wallets, but a display issue is preventing these funds from appearing correctly within the wallet itself. As a precaution whilst our team investigates this further, all custodial BCH transactions have been disabled. This means that customers will not be able to buy, sell or swap BCH from within the wallet and sending BCH from trading wallets to the private key wallet will not be possible at this time. Sending BCH from one private key wallet to another is still possible, and operating as intended. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers, and we thank you for your patience whilst we investigate this further. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information is available.

Resolved BCH sends temporarily disabled

We have temporarily disabled the ability to withdraw Bitcoin Cash (BCH) while we investigate an issue where BCH that was recently withdrawn is not showing as received in the Private Key Wallet. This means that withdrawals from the Trading Account, Swaps into BCH, withdrawals from the Interest Account and sends from the Private Key Wallet have been temporarily disabled. We are investigating and will provide updates as we re-enable services. Please note, these temporary issues do not affect the security of users' funds nor put users' funds at risk.

We are aware that some customers are currently unable to log into the exchange. Our team have identified the problem and are working hard to fix this as a priority. Wallet services are unaffected and we would encourage customers looking to buy, sell or swap crypto to consider using these services in the meantime. We would like to thank customers for their patience during this work, and further updates will be provided as soon as they become available.

Resolved Ethereum network hard fork - (Ethereum Berlin upgrade)

Earlier today the Ethereum network initiated a hard fork called the Berlin upgrade. This upgrade has faced some minor complications and as a result we are required to halt all Ethereum and ERC-20 transactions. Please rest assured your funds are safe, and we are following the network activity closely. As soon as the upgrade has been completed and we are confident that the network has regained stability we will once again enable Ethereum and ERC-20 transactions on all products. Thank you for your patience.
